Events

How can I pay for attending an event if I'm not a member?

If you are not already a member of Service Network you will be invoiced for attending an event after it has taken place.  Once you have received the invoice you can pay by either BACS, cheque, credit or debit card.

 

Who do I contact if I have an idea for an event/workshop?

What do I do if I want to bring along a friend or introduce a new company to an event?

Can I come to an event if I'm not a member?

Yes, all Service Network events are open to non-members but there is an attendance fee of £45+VAT for most events.

 

Do I have to be based in the North East to attend / sponsor an event?

Not at all Service Network events are open to any business / individual irrespective or location, size or specialism.

 

What do I do to sponsor / exhibit at a SN event?

We are always delighted to accommodate requests for sponsorship and prefer to liaise direct with you to make sure that you get the best value possible from engaging with Service Network.  This means that rather than promote standard sponsorship packages we prefer to work with you to develop the bespoke benefits which are best suited to what you want to achieve.  First port of call would be a conversation with our Events Manager Alexis Towell. Membership

How can I pay for membership?

Our usual practice is to issue an invoice which can be paid by BACS, cheque, credit or debit card.

 

How do I become a member?

It couldn't be easier to sign up.  Simply complete the form at the 'Join Us' link.  You will receive a unique user name and password to enable to access all areas of our website. A member of the Service Network team will then contact you to discuss all the benefits you can expect as a member. An invoice for your membership fee will be issued.

 

What do I do if I can't remember my Marketplace log in details?

Call any member of the Service Network team who can refresh your memory and, if necessary, reset your details.

Do I have to be based in the North East to become a member?

Not at all.  Membership is better value for companies based in the North East as it is more practical for them to access our extensive events calendar, however some of the virtual services we provide (such as tender alerts, member information, news etc) can be accessed from any location.

Who do I contact about any good news story I'd like to promote?

As the voice of the service sector in the North East and with an active membership we always have a lot to say...If you are a member of Service Network and would like to submit a news story to the website please contact Sarah Belton on 0191 244 4008, e-mail s.belton@entrust.co.uk with your press release.

If you are not a member but think that the service sector in the North East would benefit from hearing about your news then please submit this to Sarah Belton by emailing s.belton@entrust.co.uk and we will see if we can accommodate this.

Who do I contact about any membership offers I'd like to promote?
