The aim of this Service Network workshop in partnership with Eliesha Training is to give you an understanding of what emotional intelligence is, and how to use self awareness more effectively to enhance your relationships and conversations at work.
This session will benefit individuals who want to understand the fascinating subject of emotional intelligence and develop greater self awareness and the ability to think differently.
By the end of this training event you will be able to:
- State what is meant by the term Emotional Intelligence
- Describe why EI is important to us on a personal basis and within business
- Assess your own degree of EI and plan how to further develop it
- Apply techniques that will improve your emotional intelligence and the relationships you have with others
