Enterprise City is part of the DurhamGate development in Spennymoor; the largest mixed-use regeneration scheme in the North East of England. Enterprise City is a 300,000 sq.ft. The onsite Management Team is based in Enterprise House and is headed up by Tony Spence. On a day to day basis Tony deals with the general aspect of estate management, such as security, maintenance programme, control of contractors, liaison with tenants, site health & safety aspects, budget control and marketing.
